Reality Suite, Saviors of Rock

Rock shall Rise again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and the kingdom shall have no end."... Pretty sure that was in the Bible.

For so many of us who grew up in the last millennium ( Fuck that makes me feel old ), specifically in the mid to late 80's and the early 90's, Rock had a very specific sound, depending on who you ask. But over the years it was sanded and polished down, slowly removing all of the rough and hard edges, and then totally castrated... Sorry to any modern rockers, but you get what I am saying. So many of us yearn for something closer to "Guns N' Roses", or "Mötley Crüe", and all of the badass hard playing big stadium rockers of yester year. Well its not likely that those days are coming back anytime soon.... But.... Rock my have a new savior on the horizon, and the name of those saviors is "Reality Suite"!

Now I am not saying that New Jersey rock band, "Reality Suite" is just like the bands that I mentioned above, but they definitely stand shoulder to shoulder with all the greats of that era, and I stand by that. All the elements that make a legendary rock band are there, Incredible and powerful vocals from front woman "Kimmii Heart", big fat guitar riffs, and shredding solos from guitarist "Joe Padula", A fat backbone made of Bass Guitar by "Antonio Valenti," and big bombastic drums from "Brian King." All of it executed to absolute rock perfection I might add!

While Listening to songs like "Lust," from the album "Awaken (Deluxe)," all of my senses are tingling. Kimmii comes out sounding amazing as ever, with a vocal performance that would literally blow the roof off a stadium show, so powerful yet so expressive, as a singer myself I am both blown away and jealous, maybe even a little intimidated. As for the guitars, forget about it, I was immediately impressed by the guitar tone, and the ferocity of the solo itself, it seems so effortless yet so commanding. Every other aspect of the song sounds extremely strong and exactly as it should! The rest of the album is well, rinse and repeat the same discrition, and add a touch of "mind blown," and you have an incredible Reality Suite album. There are literally no week links in this band.

I often take a bit of time to briefly talk about production, but there is honestly no reason to with Reality Suite, as there production is flawless having heavy hitter producers and engineers like "Mike Ferretti" (Sevendust, Saliva, Brand of Julez), and Earl Cohen (Lady Gaga, Jessica Simpson, Pink) doing work on their album "Awaken (Deluxe)". In truth I have not yet had a chance to listen to many of their releases prior to "Awaken (Deluxe)," so I really can only speak on behalf of that album, with the exception of "Wingman" from the 2015 album "Skinn," which had excellent production, so it would not surprise me at all if there was stellar production on all of the bands previous releases, which they have produced themselves.

I don't honestly know if rock will ever come back full force or not, but I am glad that there are still bands out their who champion the cause. Reality Suite is truly doing just that, maybe without even realizing it, because from what I have seen on their social media they really just seem like a bunch of super fun people to be around, who all apparently like different brands of coffee ( weird thing to know, I get it, research people).

None the less Reality Suite truly would be the band pick for me to lead the charge on the mainstream, and revive Hard Rock, and refuel it with all the intensity, and energy that it truly needs. With over 27,000 and followers and growing, they seemed poised to do so.

As always please don't just take our word for it, use the links below and check out this awesome bad for yourself.
